Touch Screens

A touch screen is an easy way to add touch input to a display or other device.
Typically they are used with an LCD panel display or other kind of display.
The touch screens use a small controller board to connect to a computer's serial RS232 port
or USB port, based on the kind of controller selected with power from a PS2 adapter.

Touch Screen types available:
Matrix Touch Panel:
Various sizes, like a simple switch by block areas.
Resistive touch panel:
    4-wire analog type (2.8"~21") - Lowest cost touch screen
5-wire analog type (6.5"~21") - Most reliable and durable
    8-wire analog type (8.4"~21") - Best precision and accuracy
Capacitive touch panel:
    This type is an all-glass high accuracy touch screen
